The artist has over accented her upper lip philtrum.
The philtrum is the central depression or the vertical groove between the nose and the upper lip. When it is diminished it can serve as an objective tool for the evaluation fetal alcohol syndrome and fetal alcohol spectrum disorders. Greta’s a 4 on the 5-point Likert-scaled philtrum guide, IMHO.

Another FR poster also noticed Greta’s apparent lack of any philtrum and speculated on the biological meaning behind it.
In many ways, she appears to be physically underdeveloped for a 16 year old girl.
It feels kind of strange for me to be focusing so much attention on a 16 y/o girl’s appearance, but she has allowed herself to be packaged and sold to all as a benevolent Public Figure. We have the right, if not the duty to scrutinize her closely. We just went through something similar with the odious David Hogg in this country.
