The left sees that as racism, and it probably is but not in the way they think. I don't doubt that as soon as the Post's HR sees a minority walk though the door they (either subconsciously or purposefully) lower their standards to get a diversity hire. White applicants probably get no such leeway so it's not surprising that those whites who are hired tend to be better than normal at their jobs and get the best raises.
