They certainly appear to be, and that's why i've speculated that they may be Russian. People forget that in the late 1960s, Bill Clinton went to Moscow, and toured numerous countries behind the Iron curtain. He stayed with well known communists and party apparatchiks while visiting these east bloc nations, and one would expect he made contacts.
Could it be that during that Moscow visit Bill Clinton became an asset of the Soviet government? Could the efficiency of the Clinton's hit teams be the fact that they are Russians, who are second only to Mossad in their assassination capabilities?
I don't know, but whomever is Arkanciding people seems to be pretty ruthless and efficient, though occasionally sloppy. I'm betting Russians.
