WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT – Prosecutor Brandon Van Grack sends a letter to Flynn’s defense team today containing a stunning, almost impossible to comprehend, admission of a mistake central to the claims of the prosecution. In March 2018 the FBI presented notes taken by agents Pientka and Strzok, now they say they made a ‘mistake’.
For almost two years the DOJ misidentified, misattributed, and never corrected that the authors of the Flynn interview notes were actually reversed.

Our government is 100% corrupt. Lawyers are the last line of defense against the government.
Just a little clerical error.
Because a *mistake* saves their hides if they can sell it to the judge. Defrauding the court is the *worst* thing any attorney can do.
It’s all about intent.
Interesting theory floating around there on Twitter ... suggesting the prosecutors are trying to get the case tossed out by the judge due to incompetence rather than deliberate misconduct.
It’s not just an admission....he’s opened up the situation where Flynn’s case is unwinnable for the government, and there’s probably going to be damages awarded eventually (may take three or four years) to Flynn.
Judge has to be standing there and wondering which idiot started this mess, and how it can end now.
Our politicians are all lawyers. I wouldn’t count on lawyers to fix the system that they helped to create.
The real last line of defense is we the people. We are the only thing that will fix whats broken in DC
I hope SP starts asking for this and the judge approves.
And don’t miss that this info comes out at the same time there’s an election going on, to keep it out of the news cycle.
To my mind the only question left is whether or not Flynn has been in on this all along.
I almost hope he has been, because if he hasn’t...I don’t know how in heck he gets redress for what’s been done to him and his family.

Sullivan needs to throw this dog of a plea out ASAP. Everything is based on those 302s and with those Srtzok-Page texts, and the utter confusion about edits, changes timing etc, combined with Strzok’s past history totally impeaching him as a credible witness/interviewer–they have less than nothing.

I don't know about all of you FReepers and others out there, but the past three years of DEEP STATE TRECHERY has driven me (and my good wife) nearly mad.
This D.C. government of ours has caused many good people in this country to lose their optimism and good cheer. If that is all we lose, so be it.
But, may it be that the TREASONOUS are punished or this betrayal of the nation will not end. The breach of trust will only get worse.
At this point, getting the case tossed due to incompetence is the lesser of 2 evils. I am not a lawyer, but it seems to me Powell has eviscerated the DOJ lawyers in her filings for Flynn. We will have to wait and see what the judge decides..
The bigger question is "What's the judge going to do about his courts and lady justice being perverted by a bunch of deep state thugs?"
