That’s how it works, the first season is relatively benign, then once people are hooked, the “Woke” Crap starts.
Kind of like Designated Survivor. First part of first season was great, but the second season was ridiculous progressive nonsense.
At least Jack Ryan Season 2 wasn’t that bad. It was watchable, but only if thought of Jack Ryan being a sort of James Comey type character.
