If it was plugs, it’s pretty ugly and bloody, until it heals and begins growing. Some plugs may not take and may have to be redone. I had a employer in NYC who had one done, back in the 80s, and it gave me the creeps.
Or maybe he’d joined Hat Of The Month Club, back when he was balding, and wants to get final usage from the assortment. LOL.
