New York (CNN Business)The US economy added 128,000 jobs in October. The unemployment rate rose slightly to 3.6%. The United States lost 36,000 manufacturing jobs last month, impacted primarily by the GM strike.

I saw CNN briefly at the gym this morning. They seemed positively giddy with this bit of news.
Why? It’s a good report.
Expected was 75,000, so blew past it.
223,000 with the upward revisions.
Unemployment rose. I agree the report is good, but they found a spin on it that they liked.
You. Shouldn’t have to put up with CNN at your gym. If they don’t have OANN they can at least put on something non political.
At the gym where I frequent, they more often than not have MSNBC or CNN playing on quite a few TV’s. Especially those in the locker room. I cringe everytime I enter the locker room knowing I am most likely about to be exposed to Left wing talking points. Once in a while they have Fox News (afternoon shows) on, but they are about as bad.
i have literally changed the channel on the treadmill tvs to anything BUT the journalcrat stations
That’s what I should do as well. I think its not a coincidence this garbage is always on. I’d rather watch the Cartoon Network
