It wasn't all that unexpected, considering how deftly the demoncRats are at cutting it, thereby stinkin' up the place.

We con't call her Smelosi for nothin'...

All joking aside, I'm shocked the demoncRats didn't find a way to prevent this win.

It sounds delicious. Good to eat with some juicy Oregon pears.

It’s all part of MAGA.

Trump’s fault. :)

I give my dog a one-ounce string cheese stick every day. Every time he hears cheese being taken out of the refrigerator he comes running, and I have to “pay tribute” by giving him some. Cheese is fantastic food.

I don’t think anyone’s ever milked a Cape Buffalo, and lived to tell of it.

Not surprising, seeing what those things can do to a lion.

When Americans focus on an industry we always make some of the best, if not the best, products.

I think they deserve congratulations, but, honestly I can’t be in the same room with bleu cheese.

The mere aroma reminds me of, shall we say, “The Exorcist”, if you get my drift.

A good blue cheese and a very ripe pear is one hell of a good combination.

I do not like Gorgonzola. It’s about the only blue cheese I will pass on.

Well played, Sky. A little fermented curd will do the trick!

Actually the tasting is quite scientific. I know one of the judges who is actually a Trophy Judge (the ones that taste and decide the winner after the general judges make their decision). Each cheese has certain requirements that can be quantified and qualified. The judge I know had her company’s tasters tested alongside chemical testing and the tasters were able to match the chemical analysis.

Your right in that someone may prefer a different flavor.

A lot of judges taste the particular cheese before it makes trophy. The average person may taste no difference at all in the top 5 cheeses of a type but a judge will.

Which begs the question: how to tell if sour creme is bad?

I thought it was pretty cute myself! I always feel special when I get Velveeta instead of 'nice and cheesy'.

I’ve had a number of different Rogue River cheeses and they’re outstanding.
