That semi-liquid cheese squares are pretty good too; put them on an English muffin, add some ham and a friend egg - yum!

Rogue makes good cheeses. Their Crater Lake blue is really good. There is a lot of good artisanal cheese coming from the US.

Thank you for posting. We LOVE Blue. Just ordered a quarter-wheel, the least amount they sell. Not cheap. But I didn’t expect that (hey, you only live once).

Trader Joe’s blue is my favorite, but the Creamery is in my town and they really do make excellent cheeses and import other scrumptious ones. There are tables full of sample containers - including the RR Blue. The Creamery is definitely worth a visit if you’re in these parts.

Any cheese I leave in the fridge for too long becomes blue.

There’s an Italian deli I like to go to where the owner makes fresh Mozzarella from water buffalo milk.

The Boccaccini are incredible.

People also say blue cheese and prunes is a good combination.

But, I love it with pears so much that I never even bothered to try it with prunes.

On one of our last date nights....hubby and I had the gorgonzola bacon butter atop our steaks.

Yum.

Not quite blue...but, close!

I really did just add those to my grocery list. Kroger selection of blue cheeses aren’t the same of course. But I will take my chances/laf.

i have had it many times. Lived where it was made ( Central Point, OR).

Will blow your mind.

Also bought about 20 small 1 pound wheels which were considered a mistake because they were so sloppy ... sloppy good gooey blue mush.
