From the article:

"The 302’s were modified to make claims that were never made in the interview. The language was purposefully and willfully made to look like something is wasn’t; and in some cases they made it up completely counter to the actual statement given by Mike Flynn...."

CFP BLOGGER Gort breaks it down:

October 25, 2019 at 7:09 am
The unseen hand of Barr and Durham is all over these recent filings by Sidney Powell. These are the altered 302s that we have all been hearing about for the past year that nobody has managed to produce. How did Powell suddenly to come by them? The other day, Powell produced in a court filing not only the fact that that Mifsud’s Blackberrys contained Brady material, but she had both the device and the sim card serial numbers of both Blackberrys. Who could have possibly given her that information, given that Durham only recently came by them?

If one starts from the assumption that Mueller was mentally incapable of running his investigation and that Andrew Weissmann was in fact the guy in charge, and that the prosecution of General Flynn is being handled by Weissmann’s minions, everything begins to fall into place. Andrew Weissmann’s criminal tactics are all over the Flynn prosecution.

By exposing the corrupt prosecution of Flynn, Barr and Durham have not only an opportunity to bring justice to General Flynn, they help build the public narrative of a vast criminal conspiracy that included Andrew Weissmann and his enabler, Rod Rosenstein, James Comey (remember he bragged about setting up Flynn), and Andrew McCabe (“First we f*ck Flynn, then we F*ck Trump”).

And by channeling this evidence through Sidney Powell into the Flynn case, Barr and Durham get it introduced into the public domain through court filings. Plus, by having the evidence introduced in the Flynn case, the argument that Barr’s investigation is simply revenge by President Trump is shot to pieces. And who better than Sidney Powel to handle the gutting of Andrew Weissmann? She has literally written the book on his corrupt tactics: Licensed to Lie.

I now see Powell’s efforts in the Flynn case as only tangentially about exonerating and bringing justice to General Flynn. In a much more profound sense what she is doing as an integral part of the effort to expose the criminal conspiracy to subvert the office of the Presidency of the United States. This seditious conspiracy is in fact an attempted coup d’etat. Barr and Durham — and now with the help of Sidney Powell — are without question handling the prosecution of the most important criminal case in the history of the United States.

In this construction, General Michael Flynn is fighting the last and indisputably most important battle of his distinguished military career: The battle to save our Republic.

There is only one reasonable solution to this. Toss every FBI agent and every US attorney involved in this case in jail for contempt of court. Then turn it over to Barr for further prosecutions. Oh, and fire them all and remove their pensions. Oh and sell all their worldly goods to pay restitution to Flynn.

________

You are welcome .... Also from the article:

"Folks there’s so much more in this filing you really need to look at it from beginning to end. What is screen grabbed above isn’t even half of the devastating and documented evidence Ms. Powell is bringing before the court.

Quite simply the content of this 37-page filing is incredible."

All along these anti-Trump Fed critters seem overconfident and sloppy. They did not plan on any follow up or challenge.

And the same players keep popping up on documents, particularly Clapped Page and Stzrock.

The way I read this: Brady discovery is information that the prosecution has that may exonerate the defendant.

The law states that this information must be release to the defense.

Info that would have exonerated Flynn was “let out”.

Ms. Powell. One lawyer I can respect.

What Powell is doing is absolutely instrumental.

Maybe-—not sure-—but possibly her taking over Flynn was what finally motivated DOJ to do something real. That is, perhaps they realized they couldn’t sweep Flynn away, and now had to actually do something.

None of this Fake Justice, as in the sentencing of Papadopolus to 14 days in jail, after the Democrat secret police had ruined him financially. We demand real government criminals serve real prison terms of 10-20 years and lose their government benefits. Of course, if the killer of Seth Rich is uncovered, that person should get the death penalty.

Powell needs to factor in the duplicitous actions of Susan Rice-----the person Flnnn was set to replace.

The execrable Susan Rice's email sent to herself on Trump's inauguration day---just hours before she was scheduled to leave purported to document part of the strange meeting Obama held.

As Obama's top security aide, Rice was nervous about the fact that, at the president’s direction, she had failed
“to share information fully as it relates to Russia” with President Trump’s incoming national security team........

Susan Rice is far from the brightest bulb on the tree, but she was well aware that by concealing facts relating to US national security, she was, at a minimum, violating longstanding civic norms.

If she actually lied to Flynn, she could have been accused of much worse. So Rice wanted to be able to retrieve her email, if she found herself in a sticky situation, and tell the world that she hid relevant facts about Russia from the new administration on Barack Obama’s orders.

What were the secrets that Obama wanted to keep from the new Trump administration?
We can easily surmise that
<><>the Steele memo was paid for by the Democratic Party;
<><>that the FBI had to some degree collaborated with Steele;
<><>that the Clinton campaign had fed some of the fake news in the dossier to Steele;
<><>that Comey’s FBI had used Steele’s fabrications as the basis for FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign.

These were among the facts that Obama and his minions didn’t want Michael Flynn and Donald Trump to know. Susan Rice, we can infer, was told to keep these secrets, and if anyone ever asked why she had failed to disclose them to Michael Flynn and others on Trump’s team, or even lied to those people, she would have the defense that President Obama ordered her to do it.

There may be more to it than this. The redacted paragraph likely contains more information about what it was that Rice wasn’t supposed to tell the Trump team. One of these days, we will learn what was blacked out.

The fact that Michael Flynn was Susan Rice’s counterpart in the incoming administration may also be significant. We know that the FBI agents who interviewed General Flynn–even Peter Strzok!–reported that they didn’t think he had lied about anything.

And yet, Obama’s DOJ and Bob Mueller’s “investigation”–basically a continuation of Obama’s corrupt Department of Justice under another, less accountable name–persecuted Flynn to the point where he finally pled guilty to a single count of lying to the FBI in order, as he says, to end the madness and the financial drain.

Why were the Democrats so determined to discredit General Flynn?

Perhaps because they wanted to pre-empt any outrage that may otherwise have followed on revelations that the Obama administration’s National Security Advisor hid important facts from Gen Flynn, her successor, during the transition, and may have lied to him about those facts......evidence of bigger more dangerous security breeches.

And the whole purpose of ensnaring Flynn in this sewer baby...
to get him save himself by lying about Trump’s dealings with Russia.

Ever since the earliest days of the FBI they've made a big deal about the 302s as the be all and end all of any investigation, on par with forensics.

IMHo, that's reason enough to believe the FBI has routinely edited and modified 302s to reflect whatever the case they were working required.
