If the prospect of climate change makes you stressed, anxious or depressed, you arent alone. With reports of some children becoming terrified by climate change and the protest group Extinction Rebellion holding grief-tending workshops, there is an increasing awareness of so-called eco-anxiety. The phenomenon is significant enough that psychotherapists met in London on Saturday to discuss how best to manage the dread and fear people are experiencing over our impact on the planet.
Eco-anxiety is a term thats used a lot, but its misguided if its not used in the right way, said Sarah Niblock of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) in her opening speech. This is not an illness or disorder, its a perfectly normal and healthy reaction.

If you are feeling anxious about the environment, here are eight approaches for managing your eco-anxiety and feeling less hopeless.

Nope. Not stressed one little bit.
I’m having far too much fun with my Gator 825i, my Z535M Zero Turn and my brand new 3025e!!
Moved a whole bunch of dirt yesterday and will be doing so again tomorrow!
They’ll just move the goal post out another twelve years or so when things don’t happen as they think.
Jonestown style mass suicides of these freaks would relieve a lot of my anxiety,

Darn, I was putting milk in my coffee cup and it curdled on the way. I had FR on with the Greta shot on the laptop.
As she says to her hubby when he comes home drunk because of her antics.
These folks are great fun to toy with - once they go into their “climate change” lament, the first thing I ask them is if they’ve given up air conditioning yet. After all, up until about 50 years ago, no human beings enjoyed air conditioning and somehow the human race survived over millennia without it. So it’s certainly not a necessity.
Of course, when I suggest they get rid of their AC they’re either horrified or resentful, like somehow I’m forcing them into some kind of terrible moral choice based on a whim. Well, it’s their whim, not mine - I’m not worried about the bloody CO2 generated to keep my home cool. And if they won’t cut off their AC, that simply tells me they’re really not all that bothered by all this climate crap - at least not when it affects their personal lifestyle.
Ted Kaczynski was a total loon, but at least he was an honest loon - he actually walked the talk when it came to his enviro concerns. But as a loon he did carry along baggage leading to collateral damage . . .
Who would want to talk with these stupid people?
Get stupid people out of your life, and you will live long and prosper (and the Earth will be just fine, thanks for asking).
Anyone who thinks mankind can control the weather should be thoroughly laughed out. This is what these morons think we can do. I’m more concerned about REAL issues that are ruining our countries: illegal invasion, the criminal ruling class Derp State destroying America, the purge of Judeo-Christian values/religion and the worship of Satan, the degeneracy of homofascism, out-of-control government. Stuff like that.
The phrase 'useless as tits on a bull' springs immediately to mind.
They forgot suicide.
#1 carbon reducer for eco-freaks.
Eco anxiety sufferers should just end themselves and save everyone else from having to suffer their stupidity. Using a hemp rope to do it is eco friendly and sustainable.
Cool!! Stole it.
A a long-term observer of popular delusions, it is my opinion that this one has played out.
