A-holes think they can smoke and drive. Smell it on my motorcycle ALL THE TIME. Hope this catches some of these pukes.

Correlation doesn’t equal causation.
Maybe it’s all the Mexicans and Cali transplants moving there.

Just as defense lawyers currently scream “lab error” when DNA proves that their client is guilty they'll scream things like “unreliable” when this test confirms their client's guilt.

Doesnt matter if its medicinal or not. You cant drive stoned. Lots of real medication has warning labels on it about not driving or operating heavy machinery while using it. You need to smoke for your ailments? Fine. Stay home or get a driver.

10% increase in traffic fatalities. But MORE than an increase of 10% in population. That I-70 and I-25 traffic is getting any less congested.

Excellent. If weed is going to be legalized, a test was needed to differentiate who is presently high vs who used at one point in the last month.

Another useful device would be a cell phone signal blocker for business use.
It is illegal now, but in many industries it is unsafe for workers due to the use of cell phones during work.
45-60 minutes for restroom break? Theyre on their phone.
Hiding out to text or watch whatever. Huge dollar loss for businesses.
I see this every day at a manufacturing company.
Thank god pots not legal in Texas. The work ethic is already bad enough for 45% of them.

If someone takes their medicine and drives, theyll be in trouble?Yup. It doesn't matter whether the drug is prescribed medicine or not. If you drive impaired, you're in trouble. Most medications have an on label warning about driving. As the user of the drug and driver of the vehicle, it is your responsibility to not drive impaired. If you do, your driving privilege may be rescinded.

Test the legislators first.
Really. No calling for impeachment if you test positive.

"Mike Lynn, a veteran emergency-department physician from Oakland, California, developed the Hound in collaboration with researchers from the University of California at Berkeley and San Francisco."
That's just wrong. A test that will detect 5 nanograms of THC per milliliter in the bloodstream is needed--not a loophole developed by the drug abuse racket in a no-go zone.
