Democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., died Thursday morning at Johns Hopkins Hospital from “complications concerning longstanding health challenges,” his office said in a statement.
Cummings, 68, was the chairman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee and heavily involved in the impeachment inquiry.
Cummings, of Baltimore, has not returned to work after an undisclosed medical procedure that he said would only keep him away for about a week. […]
He missed two roll call votes Thursday, the first day back following a two-week recess. He previously released a statement saying he’d be back by the time the session resumed. The 68-year-old hasn’t taken part in a roll call vote since Sept. 11.
The unidentified procedure caused Cummings to miss a September hearing on Washington, D.C., statehood. His statement didn’t detail the procedure. He previously was treated for heart and knee issues.

He was a snake. I still remember freepers saying how great Molly Ivins was after slamming her the week before. I don’t believe in saying great things about a horrible person just because they passed.

If He was unsaved, which it woudl appear he might have been, then there is no more mercy for him- He had 68 years to accept God’s mercy- and it owudl appear, by the satanic liberal agenda that he whole-heartedly embraced, he rejected God’s mercy-
I could be wrong and actually hope i am, for his sake regarding eternity- but ‘by their fruits you shall know them’- He bore rotten fruit- not Godly fruit- That’s not to say he wasn’t saved, but is a strong indicator of it-

That's pretty much as official as it gets.
We know Wikipedia is weak in a lot of areas (and school teachers would agree) but one thing they do consistently well is log deaths among notable people in a timely manner as they occur.
For instance, when Ric Ocasek of The Cars died a few weeks back, the Wikipedia entry for Ric was updated with his death just a few minutes after it was publicly announced.
Wikipedia does an excellent job when it comes to documenting deaths of notable people.

Aint got no use for no language etiquette-
It’s a lost cause- kids can’t even write cursive anymore- can’t tell time via analogue clock, can’t do basic math- can’t balance books etc
I aint no grammarian by any means- but at least we did learn how to write, punctuate (somewhat)- hyphenate (somewhat)- add, subtract, tell time etc- I’ve gotten lazy since school days- but if pressed, i could at least get some basics correct-

Elija Cummings had a wonderfully polished pate. One could see a reflection like a pseudo sun , above the bull dog wrinkles.
Let’s wait and see how many times he votes to impeach our president.
