Adam Schiff’s 2020 challenger filed an ethics complaint against the California congressman for his willingness to accept dirt on President Trump in an international prank call.
Schiff’s Republican challenger, Jon Hollis, filed the complaint with the Office of Congressional Ethics, citing his competitor's willingness to accept “compromising material” against the president from international agents as the basis of the complaint.
At the time, Schiff believed he was speaking to a Ukrainian politician, but the call ended up being a bogus prank, which was recorded and posted online. In the call, Schiff discussed obtaining nude photographs of Trump from the foreign agents.

A Russian offers nude photos of a President elect and the little punk says have your people get with mine and let’s make this happen. He doesn’t report it he actually wants them to use against a new President. This was over 3 years ago and has yet to be exposed in MSM. These people are scum.

Yeah. Schiff was a little too eager to get pics of “naked Trump”.
If there was compromising information on POTUS, I would want senators and congressmen to obtain it and attempt to validate it. Just as I would want POTUS to look into alleged crimes committed by congressmen and senators.
The problem is the hypocrisy of the left asking for dirt on Trump while accusing the President of impeachable acts for looking into democrat corruption.
POTUS is sworn to uphold the law and should be ferreting out corruption whether democrat or republican.
