I disagree. It is the “House” not Pelosi and her minions who are empowered by the Constitution.(And the grounds for impeachment are clearly laid out). There is a procedure that is to be followed. These tyrants in waiting are not doing so.
repubs should walk out of the committee sessions. No subpeona power, no right for trump to confront accusers, no public hearings.
They *can* impeach however they want.
But the SC has ruled that Separation of Powers means they have to have a full House vote behind any subpoenas.

Bolton is all about Bolton, and he was very upset when Trump dismissed him, and IIRC, said he was going to “get back” at Trump.

She finally came out and said there will be no inquiry vote and it proves she has no intention of following the precedent already set in the House for previous impeachments.
She basically admits this impeachment attempt is strictly a partisan effort.
