I agree. There is absolutely no reason to jail these wealthy parents. They have been publicly shamed, made fun of for spending huge sums just so their child can enter a certain college, and suffered financial loss as well. The stigma that will follow their children will cause additional problems in the future. Simply fine them and save the taxpayers from giving them room and board.
I wouldn’t worry about Felicity and her husband. They are wired into the LA entertainment scene. They’ll be half-@ssed heros within a year of her release.
