Come to think of it, one could misrepresent a paywalled article or just insert phrases that the author never wrote - because only subscribers could gainsay what you wrote about the paywalled article.
If someone tried to correct your misrepresentation with the actual words of the article, you could get the Tweet or posting yanked for "copyright violations", like they're starting to do to conservatives on Twitter and Youtube.
Except, in this case, the article isn't "paywalled". Anyone can read it for free. It's laced with bitter anti-Trump smears, but it lays out a lot of the Biden Family corruption, then waffles between excusing and accusing. The author is such a dedicated leftist, he can't bear to follow the obvious evidence to draw a clear conclusion, and only calls Hunter an opportunist, and "they all do it".
