The Washington Free Beacon recently learned that senior editor Bill Gertz entered into a previously undisclosed financial transaction with an individual or an affiliate of that individual whom Mr. Gertz had covered in some of his reporting.
Upon learning about this transaction, the Washington Free Beacon promptly asked Mr. Gertz for his resignation and that resignation was received and accepted. The Washington Free Beacon has appended this disclaimer to all of Mr. Gertz’s affected news stories.

Bill Gertz will join John Solomon’s media launch. In addition— he will land on his feet with effective placement of his excellent research and journalism.
This “neo-con” Bill Kristol’s Free Beacon was the initial sponsor of the JEB BUSH campaigns opposition research funding that was done by GPS Fusion— the creative writing project invented whole cloth by an MI6 fakir used to create false FISA warrants. The one which became the “dossier” that Mueller spent 2 years on... finding zippo, and on the side uncovering all the shite peddlers that began at Free Beacon.
