Victim Of Former Grijalva Staffer Learns Party Affiliation Carry Privileges In Pima County Courts

Former Grijalva staffer Daniel Zaroes Brito, age 42, is accused of assaulting Jonathan Sparks (pictured).

The victim of a former Congressman Raul Grijalva staffer, Jonathan Sparks, learned this week that party affiliation does carry privileges in some Pima County courts.

Represented by the head of the Pima County Public Defender’s office, Joel Feinman, Daniel Brito appeared in court this week to plead guilty to a 5th degree open felony – assault on an incapacitated person, which will be reduced to a misdemeanor charge in 3 years for good behavior.

The 34-year old Sparks will receive no restitution from Brito, despite incurring nearly $200,000 in medical expenses as a result of Brito’s attack.

This was a cumulation of almost a year of backroom dealing. Democratic Socialist Daniel Z Brito not only viciously attacked Jonathan Sparks, but he felt he had the right to do so. (According to his own statement to the police.) I believe he still thinks that and so does his Democrat activist lawyer Joel Feinman. Because of his lengthy confession, there was no way for the local corrupt court system to completely drop the charges.

The best they could do was three years of probation, then the charge will be reduced to a misdemeanor. Nobody has mentioned this, but in Arizona, you can then petition the court and have even that vacated - which I'm sure they will. Brito will end up guilty as hell, free as a bird.

Why not a hate crime and a civil rights violation? Pursue in civil court for damages.

“This case began one year ago, on November 4, 2018, when Sparks peacefully carried a sign reading “Jobs Not Mobs, Vote Republican this Tuesday” on 4th Avenue in Tucson. Brito came up from behind Sparks and proceeded to physically assault him including grabbing his red MAGA hat. Brito walked away from the scene as Sparks lay on the street screaming in pain, with his foot dangling from his ankle which was broken in 4 places.

Brito then returned and resumed his physical attack again, hurling crude insults including but not limited to, calling Sparks a NAZI and other foul, disgusting names. Brito carried on kicking and punching as Sparks was on the ground.”

... learned this week that party affiliation does carry privileges in some Pima County courts.

Not only Pima Cop, but ANYWHERE!!
IMO, aside from voting in closed primaries, "privileges" are the ONLY reason to belong to ANY political party.

LOL we haven’t had equal justice for all since clinton ran for president in 92. And the current president seems unclear on the concept.

get the Feds involved on a civil rights violation

sue him

if both of those fail, get some friends to ‘explain’ to him how awful it is to have a broken ankle and getting beaten while on the ground.

This problem began in universities law schools. We need to go back to the days of Abraham Lincoln when all you had to do was pass the bar exam to be a lawyer, it did not require a six year indoctrination program.

If we sweep 2020 then things need to be done to clear out the bureaucracy and governments of rabid leftists ideology, they need to be purged.

If you’re able to provide your own self defense you can avoid a lot of this political nonsense.

I understand and agree with “most cases;” however, I don’t think it applies in this particular case. The attacker ran up from behind and leaped on the victim’s ankle, breaking it in three places.

The Democratic Socialist Attacker works as a Commie Co-host:

Daniel Brito is the co-host of Boom Bust, a global, daily, live report covering the world of business and finance, produced by RT America. Daniel brings a varied background and unique perspective to covering contemporary economics, with experience in the worlds of politics and policy, lobbying, and communications. Daniel has specialized in issues including international relations, trade, agriculture, and labor rights. With a resume ranging from Capitol Hill to K Street, Daniel started at RT America as a writer and producer for the late host of Boom Bust, our friend and former CFTC commissioner Bart Chilton. Daniel strives to bring new perspectives to business reporting, looking at familiar subjects through the lens of issues including labor, climate, and systemic challenges to capitalism in the 21st century.

He worked for “Russia TV”? Now there’s a clear case of “Russian collusion”.

This guy should be in jail. Hopefully he will be sued up the wahzoo and the feds might file a civil rights case against him.

Or a truck could accidentally hit him while he’s at home having dinner. You know how trucks are.

Times coming these things are going to need private attention

The first killings will be called the work of psychos and madmen and domestic white nationalist terrorism

But in the long run if we prevail

Folks will build statues commemorating them and schoolchildren will know their names as those of us old enough knew Nathan Hale or Dr Warren

Do not doubt me
