The official House impeachment inquiry, in its open contempt for even basic due process, makes the Faber trial climactic scene (3:18) seem like déjà vu all over again. The White Houses October 8 letter to key House leaders lists the due-process rights denied the president: (a) to be apprised of laws allegedly violated and all evidence produced, including exculpatory evidence, plus being given full access to evidence that impeaches the credibility of prosecution witnesses; (b) to confront and cross-examine prosecution witnesses; (c) to call defense witnesses and introduce defense evidence; (d) to make objections to witness examinations and admissibility of prosecution evidence introduced; and (e) to obtain assistance of counsel at the hearing. The WH letter sums up: The Committees current procedures provide none of these basic constitutional rights.

Berger also emphatically made a point about presidential entitlement to disobey an unconstitutional law. He cites Alexander Hamilton in Federalist 78, for affirming the clear principle that every act of a delegated authority, contrary to the tenor of the commission, under which it is exercised, is void. To that Berger adds what James Wilson, one of the leading Framers of 1787 and one of the original justices of the U.S. Supreme Court, stated in 1791: [W]hoever would be obliged to obey a constitutional law, is justified in refusing to obey an unconstitutional act of the legislature.

Thus, Donald Trumps refusal to participate in the seditious charade to be conducted by the House is not only lawful; it is in the view of the above authorities a positive presidential obligation to refuse to obey any act by Congress (in this case, the House impeachment cabal) that he considers unconstitutional.

Schiffty and the RATS come to the same conclusion as Mueller? That would be fun.
The time has come for someone to put his foot down.
And that foot is me.
RAMMING SPEED!!!
Put Niedermeyer on it. He’s a sneaky little schiff.
Otter: Ladies and gentlemen, I’ll be brief. The issue here is not whether we broke a few rules, or took a few liberties with our female party guests - we did. [winks at Dean Wormer] But you can’t hold a whole fraternity responsible for the behavior of a few, sick twisted individuals. For if you do, then shouldn’t we blame the whole fraternity system? And if the whole fraternity system is guilty, then isn’t this an indictment of our educational institutions in general? I put it to you, Greg - isn’t this an indictment of our entire American society? Well, you can do whatever you want to us, but I for one am not going to stand here and listen to you badmouth the United States of America. Gentlemen!
So, where’s the Deathmobile? I’m in!
Theres too much use of personality hate Trump preferences as the excuse for quote, impeachment, unquote. Its a distraction from the real reason. What should be looked into and brought to public attention is the connection to the corruption used by the swamp creatures Trump would put a screeching halt to. And offered as the real reason why democrats are going after Trump.
Here are some examples;;

Federalist—According to Burismas website, Joseph Cofer Black (Romney adviser) was appointed in February of 2017 and continues to serve on its board. The timelines would indicate that Black and Biden worked together at Burisma, and indeed, web archives from late 2017 show Black and Biden listed simultaneously on the board.
Burisma Paid Joe Biden $900,000 for Lobbying Ukrainian MP

KYIV. Oct 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) Former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden received $900,000 for lobbying activities from Burisma Group, Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada member Andriy Derkach said citing investigation materials.
Derkach publicized documents which, as he said, “describe the mechanism of getting money by Biden Sr.” at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine’s press center in Kyiv on Wednesday.
“This was the transfer of Burisma Group’s funds for lobbying activities, as investigators believe, personally to Joe Biden through a lobbying company. Funds in the amount of $900,000 were transferred to the U.S.-based company Rosemont Seneca Partners, which according to open sources, in particular, the New York Times, is affiliated with Biden. The payment reference was payment for consultative services,” Derkach said.
AND THIS: what are the penalties for duly elected govt official(s), sworn to uphold the Constitution,
who would force our president to obey an unconstitutional legislative act?
Expulsion would seem to be too kind of a response......but do it, anyway.
Amen.
This has been going on since 2008;

It's not a criminal proceeding, the subject has no due process rights, and the check on this power is re-election ever two years.
Pelosi can do whatever she wants, but in turn the President can do as he wishes as well—including ignoring requests for information, and opening Justice Department investigations of criminal conspiracy and treason of the Speaker and other members of the House.
The Supreme Court will have to resolve procedural disputes and the electorate political ones.
The bottom line—The President has everything to gain by attacking the Democratic House even more ferociously than they attack him, using _every_ tool in the tool-kit to make their lives as miserable as possible.
They want war—they get war.
I agree for the most part but The House makes its own rules, not the Speaker, the House. I have seen no vote on how the impeachment is to be conducted or on giving the Speaker plenary power to decide how to conduct it.
Wasn’t the movie character “Carmine DePasto,” the corrupt mayor (played by Cesare Danova) modeled after Nancy Pelosi’s father, Thomas D’Alesandro, Jr., the corrupt mayor of Baltimore?
“Look, these parades you throw are very expensive. You using my police, my sanitation people, and my Oldsmobiles free of charge. So, if you mention extortion again, I’ll have your legs broken.”
However, we are in a parallel universe. President Trump gets punished for enforcing the law (illegal immigration), going against non-authorized votes (DACA) and fighting corruption (government).
He will likely be indicted for breathing air, as an unlawful contribution to climate change./s(?)
Groan............
LOL
LOL
So to anyone with the knowledge, why doesn’t the Presoident charge these idiots with Sedition and round them up?
A vote for ANY Democrat at ANY level of government is a VOTE AGAINST AMERICA!
