California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom signed 15 gun-related bills into law Friday, tightening the state's already-stringent Second Amendment restrictions.
One of the bills, which expands a so-called "red flag" law to allow co-workers, employers and educators to seek gun violence restraining orders against firearms owners they fear are a danger to themselves and others, was vetoed twice by Newsom's predecessor, Jerry Brown.

And it all started when we let women make statements without evidence to have husbands arrested and kicked out of their houses.
People started abusing tbese laws and downright lying because there are no negative consequences they face for lying. Their attorneys tell them to lie. Cops tell women if they want the guymout here is what you have to tell me whether its true or not.
The slippery slope of no evidence rights violations is just gojng to get progressively worse unless this no evidence heresay crap is not stopped.
Record stuff if you need evidence. In places where two party consent is needed you can record without consent if you believe a crime is going to be committed. If there realoy is an actual problem you can get evidence.

On a serious note though, I was born and raised in CA, and this garbage makes me ill.
Hopefully CA gun owners tell the government to KMA and keep their hardware in reserve for when Newsome finally signs a law to confiscate their guns.
