Wow, that’s a whole lotta stupid in one sentence.
First, unless it is the rare .50 caliber AR-15 with the high magazine clip, a .223 is not allowed for deer hunting around here.
Second, a .223 round is just a powerful coming out of my Ruger #1 single shot as it is in a semiautomatic.
I’m not familiar with laws in Pennsylvania but the AR plateform is available from .22 and up, go to AR 10 and the top is .308 and larger. My personal favorite is my 6.5 Grendel which I built. Guns don’t kill people. People kill people If your not shooting people why should you be punished? Just saying.
I would add # 3, the Second Amendment has nothing to do with hunting.
