This is what? The Horowitz report we’ve been waiting on for 18 months? There better be indictments for FISA abuse.
Indictments don’t wait for IG reports.
What was done was wrong, but no reasonable prosecutor would elect to face Arkancide.
The IG just makes criminal referrals, a US Attorney has to get indictments.
Under DoJ regulations, the IG must make criminal referrals when credible evidence of a crime comes to light - and not withhold such referrals until their investigation or report is complete. So any criminal referrals were likely made months ago.
Since the AG knows what is coming in the report, he has no doubt been preparing for it’s public release.
Horowitz is not a prosecutor. He is IG. He can only make recommendations about prosecutions then it is up to the DOJ. This coming report is only on the FISA abuse.
Durham on the other hand- can actually prosecute. It sounds like he is investigating the entire Russian collusion scam to frame Trump. Durham keeps finding more and more wrong doing. So it sounds like his investigation has a ways to go,.
