Nope he was up here in the great white north for something like 5 years and then got arrested illegally crossing back into Vermont.
At which point a local Fed Judge mysteriously dismissed all charges. Oppo research in this race ought to be a hoot.

Warrants for failing to appear in court, on more than one occasion. Fled to canada, but came back to america. They went to vermont. California tried to get them extradited, but a vermont judge discovered irregularities in the case and refused extradition. So theyre safe if they stay in vermont.
