The left is apoplectic now. Wait till RBG passes and Trump nominates another originalist (as opposed anarchist, Marxist, living-breathingist, deconstructionist) jurist.

You know what would be totally cool? Being able to replace in short order both Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen Gerald Breyer. I'd love to see a Justice Donny Ray Willett yukking it up with Justice Amy Coney Barret.

Honestly, I'd have so much fun rubbing it in the faces of the leftists! I'd laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh and ....

I’m counting on it.
The fate of the Republic is at stake.
The left wants to run a stake through it.

Why do they refer to a “ liberal “ and “ conservative “ court ?

The true distinction is “ socialist-activist “ and “ strict constitutionalist “.

Pretty much anyone who voted in 2016 or has a pulse knows about this situation at SCOTUS.

So, why would Reuters run a story like this?

Sota-manure is also concern. She has severe diabetes. If we could get rid of her, RBG and Souter, it would be great Kagen every now and then has moments of clarity.

Did RBG show up for the Court’s first day?

Imagine the cacophony from the left if Justice Thomas were to retire in 2023...

I think both sides know the distinction, whichever term one might take up. Technically you are right. As others have pointed out, the word “liberal,” like the word, “gay,” has been hijacked by people of ill-intent.

We need mandatory Supreme Court retirement after the age of 70. There are many people 70 or older who could keep going, and going like the Engergizer Bunny, but the other half cannot maintain that same level day after day. Pride and personal vanity will prevent many elder Judges from retiring.
It is quite a high honor to be on that court. It’s also a demanding job, full of intricate details and time constraints.

RBG is why the RATs have gone to defcon VI. It is either them or us now.

I have not a clue. I wish her well, which is to say I pray she repents and believes the Gospel (takes hold of Christ’s merits) before she departs this life, because this life is short and fading fast.

Something is pushing their buttons. Well, spiritual forces ought not be excluded. There really is a division that will play out in the end, and will not be due merely to differing opinions.
