Contrary to popular belief, the Clinton server was not intended to shield Hillary’s activities from government oversight. Everyone in the White House and in Congress knew exactly what she was doing. THAT was the real scandal, not the server itself ... because the private server was being used to give the White House and Congress the ability to pretend they didn’t know anything about it.
