Carpet-Bagger Mitt Romney Attacks Trump for His July Call to Ukrainian Leader –
GP ^ | 09/23/2019 | JIM Hoft

Nasty Mitt Romney continues to take his lead from the lying mainstream media.

The liberal media this week attacked President Trump in screaming headlines for a conversation he had with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. The media claimed Trump pressured the Ukrainian government to investigate the Biden Crime family.

Nasty Mitt Romney continues to take his lead from the lying mainstream media.

Mitt Romney continues to be an embarrassment with his continuous baseless criticism of President Trump.

Romney's visceral hatred for Trump is clouding his judgement, betraying his religion, his party, and his country.

Was he ever a responsible decision maker and leader?

It is very sad and alarming to see someone overlook the safety and economic security of our country for personal reasons. It is time for Mitt to retire.

It’s OK, he never had any intention of winning. Romney was a willing Designated Loser, just like McCain.

Partner, I also voted for this idiot Mittens Romney in 2012 and my concerns were answered after it turned out that Romney had the Idiot Speaker Rino Ryan running as the V.P. pick and Romney was the other Rino running for the POTUS position.

U r so correct in saying that Mittens Romney never ever had any intentions of winning and it was obvious since he could not anything negative about the "America Hating Piece of Work Obama". The worst POTUS ever in our book.

Rino Ryan has turned out to be one of the worst Speakers of the People's House ever. We have had 20 years of the Worst Speakers leading our People's House in our opinion since Newt Gingrich in the year 2000.

We find out that Rino Ryan was back stabbing President Trump as Speaker of the People's House and President Trump has been a very good POTUS of this great country of ours.

President Trump loves his country and we will never doubt this from our POTUS.

Why would a mediocre millionaire want to take time away from his family to be a senator?

Because he has become a communists pig Democrat and he is literally insane. He lied to being a Conservative just to get the Mormon vote which got him elected.

Romney has blind hatred of Trump. Romney may self-destruct over this matter.

I’ve read quite a number of your posts to this effect.

I don’t think you’re going to persuade me, and I don’t think I’m going to persuade you. But here goes anyway.

My general view is that I’d rather have an electable candidate I agree with half the time than an unelectable candidate who’s just “perfect” down the line.

Remember Alabama and Roy Moore.

Obviously, we want to elect as many strong conservatives as possible. But it’s even more important to keep RATs out of public office. And if that means holding my nose occasionally and voting for a candidate who is less than down-the-line “perfect,” that’s just the reality of working within our Constitution.

I only once voted for a Democrat — I was just 19 at time, so forgive my youthful folly. I have voted many times for Republicans I found less than inspiring — and I never once regretted it.

Overall, I believe in defensive voting. A do-nothing government will hurt you a lot less than an activist one.

While acknowledging his shortcomings, I see enough value in Lindsey Graham 2.0 that I would have little problem supporting him if I were voting in South Carolina. But I’m in Florida — and we have similar problems with Marco Rubio.

I guarantee you, I will vote for Marco Rubio over any RAT. And no excuses for staying home.

Mitt Romney, on the other hand ...

My enduring hope is that DJT’s example puts some steel into the spines of GOPe placeholders. I don’t entirely blame GOPe senators and reps for their timidity — how can you pass anything if every measure you propose is denounced as racist by a partisan and mendacious news media?

It takes an almost superhuman degree of mental toughness to shug off a daily cacophony of lies and sladers. But that’s President Trump — and may we all learn to follow his example.

“Romney must have a pathetic life. Why would a mediocre millionaire want to take time away from his family to be a senator?”

Power hungry!

Mitt is in many respects the quintessential Republican. He’s weak, deceitful, and devoid of any principles. And he’s a loser.

Anyone with even half a pair could've beat Obama in 2012. Instead, we got about the only Republican on the continent, who couldn't attack Obama over ObamaCare, because he had supported a similar plan for his own State. Typical GOPe "failure theater".

LOOOSER!

Yes, I remember that. Do you remember the GOP vigorously campaigning against Moore? The 82 year old senior GOP Senator from Alabama barnstormed the state in support of liberal Democrat Doug Jones! How pathetic is that? No doubt it’s been decades since Senator Shelby campaigned that hard. And it was for a Democrat!

Has Doug Jones voted with the GOP on big issues? Nope. If the GOPe doesn’t care about that then certainly the base should not either.

I regret to admit I happily voted for Romney. Now I teach my kids to never vote for a Mormon under any circumstance.

What’s sad is despite all that, I could still not vote in a manner that would help Obama, and unfortunately, the only alternative was to hold my nose and vote for Romney.

It was so nice in 2016 to actually vote “for” a candidate, instead of “against” one.

Typical GOPe “failure theater”.

************

The GOP has raised failure into an art form.

Reagan couldn’t fundamentally transform the party and neither will Trump. The GOP is what it is.

Keep voting for people who keep voting for amnesty and you will get that amnesty.
South Carolina can do much better.
Primary is the time to drain the swamp so we aren’t in the box of voting for amnesty D or amnesty R.
Either way, we still lose our country.

Quislings like Romney do more damage long term than the kenyan ever did. That Romney defacto campaigned for Hillary Criminal and her potental SCOTUS tells you all you ever need to know about where the GOP is politically.

It doesn’t matter how bad the Democrats are if we don’t have an opposition party to the progressive agenda. Clearly, right now that is the case. Look how hard the GOP now fights POTUS to the benefit of progressive Democrats.

The GOP chose their Designated Losers very carefully for the Kenyanesian Usurpation “elections”.
McCain was perfect for the first one because of his being born in Panama, creating cover for Obama’s ineligibility.
Romney was perfect for the second for the reason you stated.
