Avoid STEM careers for your children,
else they should have proper contempt for their parents having to compete at one third their salary.

I wonder if there will ever be colleges that wake up and provide a full college experience with vocational certification. They do it for business, teaching, and medicine, why not plumbing (etc)?
I just observed a $100 million project collapse and terminate because they could not find competent IT workers. Money was not the problem. They tried for 15 months to find competent people.
