In all seriousness, that might a reasonable defense these days. If the two arrested teens were clever, they’d tell the cops that the victim made racist remarks earlier.
That wouldn’t get them off (unless you had a crazy jury). But it just might get them a reduced charge. After all, this did happen in Maryland.
Maybe the perps will get Smolletted, and the charges will be dropped. 👎😡🤬

On a serious note, what price are they going to pay? Committing crimes to them is a way of life. They will never own anything except the clothes on their back and these will probably belong to the State. If they are locked up, they are robbing, beating up and raping other inmates. And to top it off, they get 3 hots a day, a cot, and clean clothes. If they are on the street, they are raping, robbing, and killing innocent people. If they see something another person has and they want it, they take it. When they tire of it they discard it and take from some other person what they want. And there is an additional added bonus, when they are out , they are impregnating female after female whose results of their unions will have to be supported at taxpayer expense for the rest of their lives.

It really is true. Inmates get better medical care than we do. No generic medication for them either. All brand named medication. Nothing is too good for criminals.

These vicious little bastards took a man's life for no reason at all except their imaginary little racist "game". Not only did they take this man's life, but he was 59 years old. What about his wife? His kids? His grand-kids? Those innocent victims will live with this murder and suffer and grieve the rest of their lives because these little sh!ts wanted to have some "fun" and get back at Whitey?

I’m thankful we live in a little one horse town in Oklahoma. 62% white, 8% mixed, 3% Hispanic, 19% American Indian, 5% black, 3% Asian. Most of what little crime we have, is whites or blacks, usually whites. We don’t have gang related or even teen crime, to speak of. (Unless the occasional few gang types decide to show up from Tulsa, which is exceedingly rare.)
