Be still, my beating heart!

Just do it! Do it, do it, do it!

Less talk, more rock.

My wife is originally from Colombia. Yes sometimes Nevada Ruiz is very clear but mostly cloudy. Manizales is not walking friendly lol. Steep stair/sidewalks all over. But Santader Ave run along the ridge and is mostly flat. Sundays its closed to trafic so people can walk

“China will back Maduro.”

So what if they do? It’s not like they can get any significant number of Chinese boots to Venezuela.

Christina Sanchez.....from Santander

Rich girl

Model in Bogota and Caracas

Her mom loved me her dad no way

She was destined to marry a boy from a ranking Colombian Family

I spent off and on two years with her in Bogota ...she met my folks the whole nine yards

She travel to Muzo with me and we’d go to Tunja and Villa De Leyva and San Andres and. Villavicencio and so forth together

I can still see her in the lobby of the Bogota Hilton tears running down her finely honed cheeks and her gorgeous shiny dark hair ...alabaster flawless skin and green intense eyes

She was tall..like five nine

I met her through a friend at American university when I had a place nearby in Bogota Viejo

We just knew she would never defy her daddy’s wishes as for marriage

I was at the Tequendama about six months later and she heard I was around from someone who say me. I heard later she came by looking for me after I’d returned to NYC

she would likely have been my Colombian wife if it weren’t for her daddy

She later married into Lara Bonnilas Family after he was murdered.....his son I think

Made someone a good wife

She looked typical Colombian miss universe contestant ...you know that look...

“Ever see a ship woot a big EVERGREEN on it?”

Sure have. Container ships. Let me know when they’re converted to troop transports.

How hard would it be? I remember back in the 60s when people would laugh about “How can the Chinese get here? Swim?” Notice no one makes that joke anymore.

“How hard would it be?“

The problem isn’t insurmountable but it wouldn’t be easy. Turning a container ship into a cruise liner would be a tough nut to crack.

We have all sorts of military support containerized. Hospitals. Airfields. You name it. Why wouldn’t they?

“We have all sorts of military support containerized.“

We don’t containerize people. Where are they going to sleep? Where are they going to take a dump? Who’s going to feed and water them? Where are they going to eat? Containerized mess halls?

It’d be cheaper and easier to build the transport ships from the ground up or convert the Chinese owned cruise liners for the purpose.

I know containerized hospitals are made to be joined into long “trains” of containers that are all intrinsically self sufficient with sealed, controlled atmosphere and everything else needed. I could easily see these things rigged up to be functional while under way. The best part of being Medical Department when deployed is you get to sleep in air conditioning.

And nurses. Don’t forget nurses.

LOL.

Enjoy your day.

We never talk about the nurses. Never.
