The 18-year-old accused of kidnapping a Nashville high school student and beating him for refusing to join a gang had previously been deported according to the Department of Justice.
U.S. Attorney Don Cochran for the Middle District of Tennessee reports Franklin Pineda-Caceres will face federal charges for entering the country illegally after being deported in 2018.
According to the charging documents, Pineda-Caceres was arrested in Nashville in October 2017 on drug charges. Agents with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) determined he had illegally entered the country in 2014 and an order for his removal was issued in 2016.

Police attempted to arrest the suspect at a home in July, but he fled in a Chevrolet Camaro. He drove through the front yard of the home to avoid the police vehicles and nearly struck his girlfriend, her mother and his infant son. He abandoned the vehicle after evading police.
"Pineda-Caceres was finally taken into police custody Sept. 8 after getting into a severe crash at the intersection of Murfreesboro Pike and Una Antioch Pike. While he was being treated by first responders, a bag with 49 grams of cocaine fell out of the vehicle and a jar of 5.8 grams of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana was found inside the wrecked car."
Justice: Nope
Invaders: Many
So, THIS TIME follow the law and include his illegal re-entry in the list of felonies.
DO NOT “Plea Bargain” that charge away!
Do this EVERY time an invader is found to have re-entered.
Spread the word, name the names, and re-entry will slow dramatically.
Send him and his amigos to Gitmo and forget about them.
First offense deportation.
Second offense execution within 30 days without appeal.
I believe illegal entry after deportation is a felony. Boy is this guy in trouble now!!
Third deportation from 30,000 feet would seriously reduce recidivism.
Well, yeah, why should anyone be surprised. Execution would resolve that problem in more ways than just one.
