Sidney Powell is probably our premier expert on the a$$holes Mueller and Weissmann. Seems like a no-brainer to me.

If Sidney Powell gets this tossed and Flynn exonerated, Trump should bring him back into his administration immediately.

Some people have said that they want it to continue to go through trial - through the system - because they want everything that’s been done to this man - and the perpetrators of it - ‘exposed’.

But we should be thinking about what Gen. Flynn wants, after everything that he’s been through.

I don’t know a lot about this stuff; but if the charges were dropped, wouldn’t Flynn still have the opportunity to sue? And wouldn’t a great deal of discovery still be in play?

I doubt he can sue because prosecutors have immunity and that’s a pretty high bar to breach in a lawsuit. But if it can be done Sidney Powell is the lawyer that can get it done.

If the judge dismisses the case with prejudice because of prosecutorial malfeasance, he can also order the government to pay Flynn’s legal costs according to what I’ve read.

But if the prosecutors withdraw the charges, I don’t think he can recoup the legal fees.

I rather expect Sidney Powell to write a book about this, possibly with Flynn as a co-author and I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if she took this case pro bono to get inside the case for a planned book.

I agree, and have great faith in Sidney Powell. I don't think Gen. Flynn could be in better hands.

I think Flynn is the kind of man who cares more about his good name than anything else, and I expect he will get that back.

But, one way or another, I'd like to see him able to recoup what he's lost materially because of this travesty.

It is right...I have been watching it. It just got over 260.

We need all hands on deck and we need to get everyone to sign themselves, and then get everyone they know to sign.

Use your email lists, use Facebook, use you family, neighbors, friends, and relatives. BY any means you can think of, and ask them to please read and sign the petition, and then ask them to do the same thing you did...meaning contacting everyone they can and asking them to sign and then get all of those others to sign.

If we do this, we will start an exponential growth in this...which we have seen and done before...it just has not happened yet.
