Graham can be helpful when he has his mind right on an issue because he is such a good communicator. He generally seems to click with Trump for some reason.
My comment was focused on his communications skills which many in the Republican Party lack.
We all know that President Trump has giant brass cajones.
Maybe he cut off a chunk and gave it to linda to use until his grow back.
