Parts of the Bahamas are under a Tropical Storm Warning.
Parts of the Atlantic Coast of Florida are under a Tropical Storm Watch...

Note that bloggers and MSM might not be aware of the correct terminology.

Isn’t that every hurricane?
I thought cyclones were in the south Pacific, and hurricanes in the Northern Hemisphere...

The only difference between a hurricane, a cyclone, and a typhoon is the location where the storm occurs. ... In the Atlantic and Northeast Pacific, the term hurricane is used. The same type of disturbance in the Northwest Pacific is called a typhoon and cyclones occur in the South Pacific and Indian Ocean.
That is, the winds and circulation are cyclonic.
Hurricane Humberto was a Category 1 hurricane that formed and intensified faster than any other North Atlantic tropical cyclone on record, before landfall.
