All hurricanes are cyclones, but not all cyclones are hurricanes.

They recycle the names until one is a nasty, destructive one. Its name is then retired.
A freak snow storm would be much more interesting.
No one is asking them.
They need to start naming them after Democrat candidates for President since they all are such disasters.
