Polls have made this clear?
The US economy may (or may not) slow down due to economic factors. Polling really has nothing to do with it.
And further: President Trump does not "need" a trade deal with China. He just doesn't.

Huawei is wholly owned by the Chines Communist Party, not the Chinese government and is not subject to treaty or law. The CCP controls every aspect of the Chinese government and the people of China. The notion that Huawei is a legitimate business subject to recognized businesses practices is foolish and wrong. Huawei dominance in 5G will create a CCP technology hegemony of global proportions.
