The Bolton hullabaloo is just silly: It's Not a Sign of Chaos, It Shows a Nimble Administration

The press is going bonkers over the exit of President Trump's national security adviser, John Bolton.

"Trump unplugged," the New York Times blared, arguing that Trump was going to be his own national security adviser, and now things will get really crazy because the NSC job will no longer be important.

No, nothing's gonna change, the New York Post argued, quite possibly closer to the truth.

Trump's new national security adviser will be his fourth, a CNN kicker read.

Chaos, argued Axios.

And don't even get into the he-said, she-said of whether Trump fired him or whether Bolton resigned.  The media are trying to pick that apart like entrails and gauge its meaning in sad bid to support their theories.

In all likelihood, given what we know about Bolton and Trump, it simply wasn't the right job for Bolton to be in.

Bolton's a good guy; we've never heard a bad word about him.  He's never been implicated in corruption like so many of the Obama officials, and he's never gone RINO on us or insulted us.  He's just a policy guy, and Trump is a businessman, very entrepreneurial in temperament, very open to trying new things.  This would explain the flap over the Taliban meeting, and, for that matter, the flap over the Venezuela meetings with the likes of Diosdado Cabello, whom I wrote about here.  Someone leaked those things to squelch them, and since it's likely Bolton was against both, one wonders if maybe it was a Bolton leak that did Bolton in.  If so, it would be in character for a policy guy like Bolton, the name of whose game is to get one's policy through via bureaucratic infighting.

He couldn't be more different from secretary of state Mike Pompeo, who, like Trump, has run a business from the top and, again like Trump,

If there were no turnovesr in the President’s administration, the pinkos who run the so-called “news” media would complain that he only chooses “Yes Men” to work for him.

A resonable observer could say that since getting the position, Bolton repeatedly pushed his luck. That is, he pushed his luck.

It shows that Trump doesn’t hire “Yes Men”, he wants to get input from all sides of an issue. He doesn’t hire you because you agree with him, he wants you to make your case and then he’ll decide.

My take is Bolton expected Trump to agree with him on everything, and while Trump probably did agree with him on some things, I never thought he really saw things the way Bolton does.

Proves that Trump is a details person. I am impressed that he has the energy to keep tabs on everyone... and if they are not doing a good job, according to Trump of course, then they are promptly “fired.”

A typical bureaucrat politician may not have the energy nor the time to keep track of all of the people working for them and a poor performer would probably be allowed to stay on indefinitely continuing to cause damage.

Turnover is not a bad thing when you have a poor performer.

I am curious to find out why Trump fired Bolton. I have my ideas but it would be interesting to find out why Trump fired him.

Liberal heads exploded when Comey held his Hillary Email press conference just before the election, and called for his firing.

Liberal heads exploded when Trump fired Comey.

Liberal heads exploded when Bolton was appointed National Security Adviser, and called for his firing.

Liberal heads exploded when Trump fired Bolton.

I think Liberals just like to have their heads explode.

From my standpoint President Trump is running his Administration like his business. If you are not loyal to him meaning backstabbing you are out. Some people are good at a specific purpose then they leave. How do you think he was a success in business.

When one has the majority of his/her choices for most Gov. positions consisting of retired swamp dwellers there will be problems and many changes. If we look around the world we can see we still have our military in Europe with EUCOM in Stuttgart, Germany. Add our military in Japan, Korea. plus every war except Vietnam. Military courses from the Infantry Officers Advanced Course plus courses in every service teach these basics. We saw the entire Russian army destroyed and many on drugs after Afghan. Two SF teams took the two main leaders of Afghan and ran the Taliban into Pakistan. Then we went into “nation building”. Bush JR. blames Iraq and invades. Both father and son were idiots. The reason GW Bush
invaded Iraq was the fact Iraqi agents had a so called suicide bomb threat in Kuwait. Hell, Hussein kept Iran in check from going to Syria etc. We need to do area studies-not nation building. Muslims will never be like us.

It’s all political kabuki theater brought to us by the media to aide their comrades in arms, the Democrats, and attempt to shed unflattering lights upon the Republicans in general, and President Trump in specific. I still think the DNC should have to declare all of the press assistance as political donations.

The left and all the libs are so stupid - can’t they see how big a fraud they are? They hated Bolton when TRUMP added him to his staff since he was such a war monger. Now they are so upset he has been cut loose...duh!
