“We have incredibly smart people, they just need to focus and find a solution to this problem.”
We could start by executing politicians who reward and encourage homelessness. But that would probably be frowned on, despite the many benefits that would accrue.
“I think it is a BIG Mistake to help this godforsaken State in any way. “
Some us are stuck in Occupied California.
O goody.. sounds like tax payers from responsible states are about to foot another ca problem
Yeah, I think it has something to do with that Constitution thingy.
When California was in the hand of real republicans it was the Golden State. Now with democrats in charge its the Golden Shower State.
A ‘death penalty for progressive politicians’ Amendment is definitely needed.
The Democrats have been in control of the California Assembly since around the 1950s.
We occasionally would get a Republican governor, a US Senator, some Congressmen and a minor state official or two but that’s about it.
But now the California Democrats have a supermajority. They can do anything they want.
The real damage to this state was done in the ‘60s by converting from a part time state legislature to a full time one. This brought in partisan hacks and progressives who had no outside jobs, no connections to the bad laws that they were passing.
The other source of damage was the 1965 immigration act that flooded California with the 3rd world, transforming California.
Most freepers seem to think it’s illegal aliens who changed California. But they don’t vote much. It’s legal immigrants who brought along their cultural values, and they do vote. And regardless of education or income they vote Democrat left. It’s just the way it is, despite all the happy talk about immigration from empty heads like Hannity and even Rush.
I think this is good. Trump is tryng to fix the mess the Dems created.

Nope, its not good. The RATS would create additional problems faster than the feds could clean them up. Better to let the RATS live with the messes THEY are creating until they learn not to make them or the voters finally sicken of it and vote new blood in.
Plus, ITS NOT A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITY!
I’m in California and I agree with you.
They could fix it easy if they didn’t piss away all
our dollars on illegals.
Bingo! California gets Billions from uncle Fed. Do an audit, before sending them another nickel.
Brilliant first step. If the Californicators in that state fail as may be likely, then this is a brilliant second step.
Los Angeles
Seattle
San Francisco
That’s how I see it - he’s trolling them and even though it is plain for all to see, they will swallow the hook.
“You think the states are going to refuse a massive influx of federal resources to solve the homeless problem?”
They’ll take the resources (money), happily, and use it for things having nothing to do with the homeless.
Leave them where they are let the people stir in sh##. They voted for these politicians who did this they need to vote them out and change their ways. Throwing money at them will be used to pay for illegals
Next year he is going to make a surprising dent in the popular vote totals in California.
That is a good question. Maybe the federal resources should consist only of RED MAGA HATS given to every homeless person.
The majority of 'homeless' people do not want HOUSING nor a JOB.
Are you going to San...Fran...cisco?
Be sure to wear.... well this.
Suitable housing is available to all of them right now. The development is known as “The Estates at Davy Jone’s Locker”. It’s due west from everywhere in California.
Good point. Even if it was Scott McKenzie singing that tune...
I am ok with him pretending he wants to fix this problem. So long as in the end he puts it on the CA state officials and locals.
