Leave it along, let the west coast work it out or die from disease, which ever comes first.

I agree. They created the problem and let them handle it.

CA needs to feel the pain of bone-headed far left policies from its bone-headed far left politicians.

Then maybe it will see the light and turn back to American

Start by doing this
During the Trump roundup this should be done.Check the precinct list of registered voters where these people resided. If they’re on that list, Federal crime, charge them and those that enabled them to vote knowing they were illegals. If enough noise is made it should discourage illegals still here from voting. Besides determining how they got a drivers license show how much it’s costing taxpayers of that state. Also point out increased premiums on drivers insurance rates. As well as demonstrate how that areas ,local ,state and federal taxes are increased by diverting educational, medical, food and housing allocations to meet illegal’s needs at citizen expense.

Is is not hard to fix. File multi billion dollar lawsuit on LA for housing discrimination. Then declare LA & San Fran EPA and CDC disaster areas, and fine the living hell out of them by holding back federal funds until they clean up their mess .

That is a good idea. In fact that is the only way this is a good idea.

What he is trying to do is get the states to REFUSE to allow the FEDS to fix the problem.

You think the states are going to refuse a massive influx of federal resources to solve the homeless problem?

California is the 5th biggest economy in the world. I’m pretty sure that we generate more in federal taxes than we use.

Of course most of what we generate goes to making life easier for the citizens of other countries illegally living in the United States, so there’s that.

File multi billion dollar lawsuit on LA for housing discrimination.

Exactly how, legally speaking, is Los Angeles practicing housing discrimination?

I know, it’s certainly not going to help American/Californians. It’s not just the homeless and druggies who suffer, it’s also the people in bother parts of the cities who could well come down with third world diseases.

Thank you! This is what I was thinking. Notice the cities involved. What do they have in common? LA, Chicago, Baltimore...

Two results readily possible: the Dem poli’s accept the help, giving the President a “white horse” moment or they reject help, giving him the “well, you own the problem” moment will all the emotional appeals that follow.

I’m loving this move. It’s a win-win I can get behind!

I think it is a BIG Mistake to help this godforsaken State in any way. He should be Holding it up as a Joke of a State and Make fun of all the Stupid this State is doing, and all the Stupid crazy politicians. And of course mention that maybe it is time to Sell California back to Mexico.

The ONLY thing that gets on these people’s nerves is when you Laugh at them and Ridicule them in Public.

Not a Federal problem. 10th Amendment, Constitution does not allow for housing.

Yup. We are playing with fire here in California.

People tend to think that the big reason that we don’t have diseases like typhoid and diptheria and other once common serious diseases is due to better medicines.

But a bigger factor is because have great public sanitation. We have sewers, we pick up garbage, we have safe water, we have toilet facilities.

Of course that’s what we USED to have, before we began allowing tens of thousands of urban campers to live and #### in the streets.

California is now like a giant petri dish for serious disease. And at some point our luck will run out. And like everything else that starts in California, it won’t stay here.

NAH; the PROG/LIB/DEM/COMMIES would try to pin that on us and the news media would help them.
I say release plague infested rats and fleas, typhus infested lice, donate to them smallpox contaminated blankets.
Just make sure the antibiotics and vaccinations are ready for the normal people.
Epidemics happen in DEMOCRAT SHITHOLES, it’s just medieval justice.

Well, allowing people to camp on the streets is already spreading across the country.

We have incredibly smart people, they just need to focus and find a solution to this problem.

Why wasn’t this a problem 30-40 year ago?

Two reasons:

1. The Rats hadn’t been running the big cities long enough for their slimy ways to become infectious.

2. We still had mental hospitals where most of these folks wound up.

Emphasis on number 2.
