Tuesday on CBS’s “This Morning,” 16-year-old climate activist Greta Thunberg continued her push to stop the “climate crisis,” calling on more people to “grasp the problem.”
Thunberg said “the most important thing” for people to do is “fully understand the climate and ecological crisis” to know what to do help solve the problem.
“What I want people to do now is to become aware of the crisis that is here,” Thunberg explained. “I tell the world leaders when I speak to them and I tell them how it is … I tell them the science, how it looks.”
She later added after describing her tactic of “shaming” people into climate activism, “I think the most important thing to do right now is to try to understand the crisis, is to grasp the problem because I think that once you fully understand the climate and ecological emergency, then you know what you can do as well.”

I think people pretty much already understand it well, for the vehicle for Communist imposition that it is.

There’s been a backlash over the obvious use of this girl for political purposes. Turns out she’s “on the autism spectrum” and has engaged in “self-harm.” Her own mother admits she has a history of depression and has been suicidal. But no matter. We’ve become a nation of children and it’s only right that a bossy teenage girl should give us our marching orders. Seriously, though, watch videos of her addressing her worshippers. She has a number of nervous tics and odd mannerisms.
She is just an app. She is just following her programming.
At the ripe old age of 16 she is an expert on the weather.
New math and all that.

Pssst greta- man’s CO2 amounts to just 0.00136% of the atmosphere- There’s no way 0.00136% of the atmosphere can be causing climate change- Also, CO2 follows temperature rises- Temperatures drive CO2- not the other way around- so there’s no way CO2 can be causing climate change- bet ya didn’t know that huh? Makes one wonder what else you don’t know about it
There’s more- much more you don’t know- so don’t presume to preach to us when you obviously don’t ‘fully understand’ the issue- ok? Thanks!
It’s time for people to get really tired of this charade.
I’m surprised that someone as young as she should have studied math to be able to evaluate the computer models that underlie the global warning hypothesis.
It’s usually a post-grad area of study.
She must be quite precocious.
I kind of feel sorry for Thunberg here. Because she’s being played for a fool, a stooge. She is given only one side of the story. And so she has nothing else to believe.
It’s like some kid who is told over and over again that 1+1=3. And every “approved” math book says the same thing. There is no surprise when that kid confidently says 1+1=3.
Ms. Thunberg, please remember that all scienttific theories - new or old - must be questioned continuously. Science is never settled!
And it’s a huge red flag when all debate is forbidden. Read up on Galileo’s struggles, and you’ll see what I mean.

I wonder how much of that is actual problems with her brain and how much is due to being raised by batshit crazy parents.
IF you were to put any trust in polls, this “issue” ranks pretty far down the line. As does anti-2nd amendment “issues”.

This works best on kids because they don’t know we’ve been told this same crap for decades now and they change their argument to fit whatever is happening with the weather.
Love to see her go Pre-Engineering and have to take Physics, Chemistry, Thermo, maybe some intro to Powerplants, Fossil & Newcklear, Stats, Econ, and Accounting. Probably wouldn't matter, sometimes the facts and science will not change the progressive mind...
Six of the top 10 polluted cities in America are located in California. Sounds to me if California can clean up its act, we should be ok.
The mouthy pest needs to be in school getting indoctrinated.
