The University of California, Los Angeles recently published an interview with a professor who claims that mass shootings motivated by racism have only been a problem since Trumps election. In addition to Trumps hate speech, the professor blames American gun culture for the gun violence epidemic. He insists that a solution includes qualifications to both the First and Second Amendments, which he says are not absolute.

Well gooooolllllleeeeee! I guess my comprehension skills ain't what they used to be. Shall Not Be Infringed apparently doesn't mean what it says. Or that it is a restriction on govt actions. Who knew? Perhaps the ignorant, uh I mean illustrious prof should have a sit down with herr hoggmeister to discuss how whitey slaughtered unarmed peace loving early immigrants to the north American continent. Nothing bad existed before PDJT from this assclown's point of view. Would said prof be willing to provide evidence of said accustations? Nah. Like Mark Twain said: "No amount of evidence will ever persuade and idiot."

Not NEARLY enough people will move from I to D to help dems if Trump makes no concessions.
It’s just not a top of the list issue to most.
Therefore, he shouldn’t.

If none of our domestic enemies are prosecuted well before Nov. 2020, Trump will have made MANY concessions.
They’re so far becoming emboldened.
Hammer Time must come soon.

Narrow the 1st Amendment and save many lives! Eliminate “copy cat crimes” by totally eliminating ALL television and newspaper coverage of mass shootings. Jail any editors, publishers and reporters that do so.
The Founding Fathers could not imagine modern media when they wrote the Constitution and certainly didn’t “intend” for television networks and electronic media to be covered; only hand powered printing presses.

They’re not gonna be.
Some people were going hog wild here some weeks ago, and some weeks before that, and some weeks before that based on this or that bit of news or information.
Let’s not pretend.
We both know nothing is going to happen.
they can’t even keep the people they arrest alive for a trial.

it’s the way it should be- but they just keep chipping chipping chippi9ng away at our inalienable right- until it will become so expensive, so difficult to buy a gun, that only government officials and the rich will own guns-

Let's see. If the 1st and 2nd aren't absolute, we can throw him in the slam for a few years, discarding that annoying 6th, then hold a secret trial without him to make noise, now that the 5th is optional, and let's consider the 8th in the same class and torture this traitor to death.
Works for me. Isn't that the intent? Perhaps, while he is dying, somewhere around the third day, he might reconsider his position on the whole Bill of Rights thing...
