So the deal never made Iran abandon the means for making weapons grade nuclear fuel. It only required Iran “promise” to keep it on the back burner - for 15 years. LOL
As we noted from the beginning the “deal” with Iran was ALWAYS just a means for Iran to bide its time, with a western improved economy, so later on down the road it could, at the end of the time period for the deal, announce the fait accompli - we always knew they already had.

They would have done this even if the agreement were signed. Nobody ever signed it.
There is no deal - once the US left the agreement, it was fair game for everyone. We were the only enforcers that mattered.
What are European countries, our so called “allies” going to do? What did they do about Crimea or Donbass?
