I remember hearing a few years ago that 70% of the Worlds consumption of red meat was actually goats and not beef. And if true, I think some people equate the term “red meat” to mean beef exclusively, when it does not.

I have read counter-arguments which suggest that the length of our alimentary canal is structured for consuming more plant-based foods. Also we have molars in our mouth. If you look at true meat-eating animals they don’t have molars. So my takeaway is that the argument is mixed.
As far as I’m concerned people who eat only raw food are inviting parasitical intrusions into their physiology.Country folk in America usually (used to/still fo) cook their vegetables to death. But if you cook your vegetables to around 130 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn the heat off and cover for another 15 minutes the vegetables not only have been rid of most parasites and even insects and worms but also it has retained its vitamin structure giving your body the most benefit overall.

Very much like when Clinton said there would be a tax cut but you might not spend it the right way. Several have pointed out that democrats don’t like it when voters get to express their wishes on climate change. After all, their solutions focus on concentrating their power to tell you how to live.

They have to. For liberals to be in control, they have to control everything or one chink in the armor and it starts the slippery slope they can’t afford. The slippery slope is how they got into power.
If you lie to the public enough telling them what they think they want to hear, you can control them. But say “no,” and they will turn on you like dingos unless you can sweeten the pot somewhere else.
And liberals are too greedy to give up anything of value. So they “make believe” you don’t need it and offer you something you don’t and let you be stupid enough to think you do and they, only, can get it to you. It’s like watching over a three year old: a constant effort to keep it occupied by taking from it everything to include its individualism.
