I remember hearing a few years ago that 70% of the Worlds consumption of red meat was actually goats and not beef. And if true, I think some people equate the term “red meat” to mean beef exclusively, when it does not.
I am hoping our post-Brexit trade deal will bring more lamb over from the UK.
