Union Bosses Fear Workers Will Stick with Trump: ‘It’s a Serious Problem’
Breitbart ^ | Sept 2, 2019 | John Binder

Union bosses, closely tied to the Democrat Party, say American union workers sticking with President Trump in 2020 and his economic nationalist agenda is “a serious problem” for them.

A report by the Wall Street Journal reveals how union bosses and Democrats are looking to peel off Trump’s support from American union workers who back his agenda, where most recently he has demanded multinational corporations move their production in China to the U.S.

The Journal reports:

“It’s a serious problem for us,” said Alan Netland, president of the North East Area Labor Council in Duluth, Minn., which represents 40,000 union members. “People may say, ‘I voted Republican and the world didn’t fall in, so maybe I better keep doing that.’”

Vice President of the United Mine Workers of America in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, Chuck Knissel said based on the current 2020 Democrats running for president, it will be difficult to get union workers to vote for anyone other than Trump.

“It’s going to be tough to get our members to vote for a Democrat,” Knissel told the Journal.

Yeah.

This business of "so much work that you have to turn down work" has got to be stopped.

The labor situation in this country is UNBELIEVABLE.

I'm retired and unemployed - but I'm working more than 40 hours a week.

Good luck with that. Those that voted for Trump will do so again. This time the numbers will be even bigger.

Union leaders are nothing but leeches, living off the union dues paid by workers. They’re parasites.

Union bosses, along with liberals, are not about saving and creating jobs. They would rather see their members and American in general suffer through difficult times, than to give up their power.

The democrat party comes first, and so do the union leaders’ jobs.

Their “members” should see where their priorities are now.

The Union “big shots” need NOT worry, as the DIMocRATS will lose in 2020 in a huge BLOODBATH, that will dwarf the landslide when RWR ran for his 2nd term..

indeed it IS serious as union workers discover Trump is more effective than their union bosses at securing more and better jobs with better pay for the rank and file ...

Representative government is a “problem” when the voters don’t vote properly.

Don’t worry about that. The Union bosses will be the ones that are having the legs broke. Their legs won’t be getting broke. It is the rank and file that get out of line whose legs are in danger.

My grandfather was a coal miner who lost his job after the 1929 crash. He got his WWI vet’s bonus in 1935, went back to work as a boiler operator, and bought a house.

He never joined a union and if I mentioned John L. Lewis he would spit on the ground (schoolbooks made the UMW head out to be a saint). Voted against FDR, too.

Now thug boss Trumka is weighing in against Trump. The war never ends. We’re in civil war whether we believe it or not.

Seeing as all the major Dem candidates want to shut down mining, why on earth would mine workers vote for them?

Because that's what they're told, and because "my family always voted democrat."

Would seem like the union membership needs to vote themselves some dat new ruling ruling gentry.

My thoughts exactly. Even getting one union boss replaced with a pro-American, pro-Trump boss would be an earthquake.

Very serious problem..

Union bosses murdered my dad because he stood against unionization of his restaurant workers. Sam Giancana’s stooges. Without doubt a mob hit.

It appears that these bosses should worry about union elections. An illegal should run against each of these bosses.

The unions have no problems with illegal aliens. In fact they like them. They can easily be bullied into becoming dues paying union members. And it is all about the dues.

Back in the 90's it was the unions who pushed for the end of ICE raids on union plants.
