Actually I think Susan Rice’s Jan. 20, 2017, memo was written 15 minutes after noon—when Obama was no longer President. Why she was still in her office then is a mystery. Of course all of the attention was on the inauguration ceremony.

The Susan Rice memo is not a CYA memo——it is a justification memo, written by an outgoing National Security Advisor Susan Rice to document why there have been multiple false and misleading statements given to the incoming President Trump and all of his officials.

The Susan Rice email is one big Justification Letter; setting the stage for all of the participants to have a plausible reason for lies to anyone and everyone…...and a particularly detailed confession to many, many crimes.

We always knew Susan Rice was not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer......but writing that infamous
memo as the clock thankfully ticked down on the God-awful Obama admin was the absolute worst.

Besides the text, the timing of the memo could not have been more incriminating.
Written 15 minutes prior to the end of Obama's ill-fated presidency....as Trump was being inaugurated.

Brainless Rice never even figured out the timing of the memo, is ex-post-facto useful as evidence of the author’s duplicity.....
just to provide a nervous corrupt Obama with a lame cover story.
