Highly unlikely here. While I20 brings in lots of trash traveling across the country, this reeks of an oilfield worker that got fired or had a domestic issue and was high on meth.

Up here near the Crack Trail (US Highway 20) we get plenty of real dandies come through with loads of some form of misery, but unless you know and regularly BS with some LEOs, you rarely hear about it.
