Joe diGenova: FISA report circulating 'inside and outside' of Justice Department
Washington Examiner ^ | August 29, 2019 | Daniel Chaitin

Posted on 08/30/2019 7:56:07 PM PDT by george76

diGenova said Inspector General Michael Horowitz has determined all four FISA warrants against one-time Trump campaign aide Carter Page were illegally obtained.

...

DiGenova said if he were attorney general, any officials involved in obtaining the Page FISA warrants who are still in the department would be "gone." He singled out Dana Boente, who is the general counsel now under FBI Director Christopher Wray. The April 2017 FISA renewal was approved by Boente and former FBI Director James Comey,

...

DiGenova also discussed the two people he wants to hear from after the FISA report is released. He said he wants to know what the presiding judge of the 11-member FISA Court, Rosemary Collyer, will do to the people who "lied" to the court. And diGenova said he wants to hear from Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, who makes appointments to the court and supervises it.

"He had no problem criticizing the president of the United States for making comments about the political leanings of some judges on the 9th Circuit," DiGenova said of Roberts. "Well, Mr. Chief Justice, get off your tush and tell us what you think about this disgraceful conduct in your court — the FISA Court."

>>If Trump was thinking that, he should take a look at threads like this and listen to conservative talk radio because the base is not happy, AT ALL, with what we don’t see happening and it is going to cost him votes if it doesn’t change.

I thought this was an interesting article:

Comey’s “Walk” Exposes the Deep State Cartel Running America -THE RULE OF LAW IS DEAD!

“The American government is a complete criminal cabal. You and your family mean nothing to these people. If we continue to let them break laws without consequences, you and your family will soon be in the crossfire. When Comey was “pardoned” by Barr, and Trump did nothing, it was a clear message that nobody is safe and we are no longer a nation of laws. We are a criminal cabal.”

This is a Joke right? Satire? or is Joe off his meds? >br>
Does he really think these Judges are going to just Give Back the Bribe Money and turn on their Public Masters?

For Gods sake Joe, Put the Pipe Down.

If, as you state, Trump looked the other way and “let” Epstein be killed ... show me some evidence and I might believe you. But only “might.”

Let me assure you and all others on this thread — I’m plenty hacked off right now. But I’m not going to let my emotions cloud my judgment. As I have stated continuously, we’re in the early stages of what promises to be a very, very long game.

And I don’t know whose cause Epstein’s death is going to hurt more — that of the patriots or that of the swamp. Epstein may have been the kingpin but he wasn’t the only witness to what happened on that island.

As for Trump losing votes over Epstein’s death — well sure, I’m going to stay home in 2020 November and let the commieRATs take over the country, just because Trump couldn’t deliver on every single one of his promises.

The fact that he’s faced media opposition like no other president of our era doesn’t count. The fact that members of his own party sometimes oppose him doesn’t count. The fact that the elite institutions of the entire nation are lined up against him doesn’t count either.

No, Donald Trump has failed to deliver on every single thing he promised, and for that reason, I’m staying home in November 2020.

It’s this kind of puerile reasoning that explains why we shouldn’t give 16-year-olds the vote, as desired by some commieRATs.

Just for the record, I will be voting for Trump.

Of course I have no direct evidence of Epstein being allowed to be killed other than common sense. I thought of this analogy to surmise what I see happening on these very big issues.

Imagine Trump the real estate developer who has done extraordinary things probably often in the face of very difficult odds. Well he sets his sights on buying The Empire State Building and has it all but sewed up when he sends his number one closer in to finish the deal.

That night the closer and Trump meet and Trump asks the closer if he now owns the Empire State Building. And the closer replies, “No, but I did get you a 7-11 on the next block”.

How would that fly with Trump? Well, Barr is his closer on the coup attempt and the Epstein case. And it looks like we are getting a 7-ll instead of the Empire State Building and this time Trump is okay with it for some reason. I hope I am proved dreadfully wrong and feel free to come back and riddle me with harassment if so. It would be one time I would welcome harsh words.

I just asked a legitimate question that nobody can answer. What has Barr done?

Do you have any experience with legal processes at all?

Go back to August of 2018 and try to remember what you were posting here on Free Republic back then. Did you have even the remotest idea that we'd be where we are right now -- with Trump basically exonerated, Mueller thoroughly disgraced himself before Congress, and more and more information dribbling out by the day about the whole Obama/CIA/FBI debacle from 2016-2017?

This probably doesn't apply to you, but I have to laugh at some of the posts I'm reading on these threads. I'm reading posts about this sh!t from people who were 100% certain two years ago that Trump was going to be impeached and removed from office before 2020. None of these misfits every come back and even admit they were wrong before. Instead, they just post more zany, malcontented rants about how things haven't unfolded the way they want them to.

I never doubted for a moment you would be voting for Trump, FRiend bramps.

I don’t think your analogy holds up, however. It might if the Epstein case was the only thing going on in this bizarre and convoluted drama of “swamp draining.” But as you surely realize, this war is being fought on multiple fronts.

That’s why I wasn’t terribly upset when DOJ passed on prosecuting Comey for leaking. FISA abuse promises a more interesting trial and more chance for a conviction that could carry some serious prison time while providing an object lesson to the public. I’m willing to wait on this one.

And I should note that as pleasant as it is to contemplate James Comey hanging from a lamppost, there are other things happening that surely must become higher priorities than prosecuting Leftists.

Above all, Trump must complete his hostile takeover of the GOP and transform it into a populist-nationalist-traditionalist coalition.

Free-market purists and establishment time servers will be welcome to get with the new program — thanks for all the judges, Sen. Mitch — but the GOP must become emphatically the party of middle-class Americans. In other words, the party of the people who do the work that keeps this nation going.

The USA is a big shiny stockpot, and the good, strong broth is all in the middle. That leaves the commieRAT party to represent the scum at the top and the dregs on the bottom.

And the second overriding goal must be to neutralize the commieRATs to the point where their numbers in Congress, state legislatures, and even local administrations, are depleted to the point where all they can do is bitch, moan, and blurt out sound bites.

That’s one reason I love it when Trump attacks some Leftist traitor either from the podium or on Twitter. Not only is he educating Joe and Jane Citizen, he’s more often than not practicing misdirection on both the RATs and their media allies.

Ask yourself: What’s more important, the emotional satisfaction of seeing traitors like Comey imprisoned, or building a durable populist-nationalist-traditionalist coalition that can keep this nation safe for generations to come?

If I had to choose one alternative, I know which one I’d pick. Of course, I’d like both, but we don’t always get what we want in this life. As adults — and especially as mature conservative adults — we surely must realize this.

Joe D. keeps saying it ad nauseum on Hannity.

The first problem is that you're watching Fox News. The second problem is that you're watching Hannity.

No offense, but TV is geared toward an audience of viewers with an IQ of about 85-90. Fox News sometimes looks like a MENSA gathering because it's geared toward viewers with an IQ of about 95.

Do yourself a favor: Turn that sh!t off and just read everything you need to know about these major news stories right here on FR.

Question:

Although the DOJ has “declined to prosecute” at this time, could that change once their work is complete, prosecute all of it at one time?

“John Roberts” is listed on the passenger log published by the guardian.

It does not say “Chief Justice Roberts”, or “dread pirate Roberts”.

Please link to the sources. Or post the here.

Thanks in advance,

So many of us, myself included, are like little children on Christmas Eve waiting for Santa to deliver all the presents we’ve dreamed about.

We used to call that Fitzmas when the liberals were doing it to Bush.

Linda also ostentatiously threatened Comey on twitter back in March. Crickets there too, of course.

It’s all beltway theater at this point. No Democrats will be held criminally liable. And you can thank their beltway swamp friends in the GOP for that.
