Joe diGenova: FISA report circulating 'inside and outside' of Justice Department
Washington Examiner ^ | August 29, 2019 | Daniel Chaitin

Posted on 08/30/2019 7:56:07 PM PDT by george76

diGenova said Inspector General Michael Horowitz has determined all four FISA warrants against one-time Trump campaign aide Carter Page were illegally obtained.

...

DiGenova said if he were attorney general, any officials involved in obtaining the Page FISA warrants who are still in the department would be "gone." He singled out Dana Boente, who is the general counsel now under FBI Director Christopher Wray. The April 2017 FISA renewal was approved by Boente and former FBI Director James Comey,

...

DiGenova also discussed the two people he wants to hear from after the FISA report is released. He said he wants to know what the presiding judge of the 11-member FISA Court, Rosemary Collyer, will do to the people who "lied" to the court. And diGenova said he wants to hear from Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, who makes appointments to the court and supervises it.

"He had no problem criticizing the president of the United States for making comments about the political leanings of some judges on the 9th Circuit," DiGenova said of Roberts. "Well, Mr. Chief Justice, get off your tush and tell us what you think about this disgraceful conduct in your court — the FISA Court."

I don’t hate you and I agree.

If they are taking down the powers in DC, they had better dot every i and cross every t.

I suspect people will be in deep trouble. Who knows, perhaps some are in on the Swamp activities. “Those who scream the loudest” comes to mind.

I knew it existed but had no concept of how deep and vast it’s filthy tentacles go. Lots of pay to play in very evil games. Time to pay the Piper.

Nothing will discourage us from seeking justice.

The best optimist comment I’ve seen is that charging Comey for the leaks revealed this week would be like charging the Japanese with trespassing after Pearl Harbor, and that the treason/sedition investigation of the soft coup attempt leading to charges is still ongoing.

Personally, I don’t hold much hope.

The Democrats recycle their same playbook all the time. They must be punished for their actions or they country is doomed.

Yeah. Heard that lame excuse too. They can send swat teams to Manafort’s and Stone’s homes. Put them in solitary confinement. Railroad a four star general.

Yet somehow they can’t charge super spy Comey and get him to talk.

So sick of this shit.

“...level of defeatism is really getting to me...”

Same! Agree!

Our President is not acting defeatist and is soldiering on.

Let’s follow his example nad quit the pessimistic drumbeat comments around here!

“I would not be surprised if Roberts was in on it.”

As he oversees the FISA, I’ve always assumed he was in on it. How could he not? The betrayal factor has his name written all over it; it’s what he does.

He and his wife and the smug know-it-all expressions on their faces make me crazy. If they had predicted correctly even ONCE, I would understand. They’ve been wrong every time, yet they continue to bloviate. And their worship of Barr ... Sometimes I wonder if they’re plants to mess with our minds.

I would not be surprised if Roberts . . .

Gotta delay, or the entire court will be all Trump's.

“I would not be surprised if Roberts was in on it.”

The traitor, GWB, knew exactly who Roberts was and why he appointed him to SCOTUS.

It was not a coincidence that “GWB the Traitor” QUICKLY pushed him to be Chief Justice and be in a position to manage the FISA court & its judges.

As an aside, it was “Open Borders Canuck Ted Cruz” who pushed Roberts.

The wheels of justice grind slowly, and we’re still at an early stage in what promises to be a long game.

You do realize that all of this is predicated on the re-election of President Trump — which is by no means guaranteed — right? If he’s not, all of this goes away.

Hence the sense of urgency...

The swamp is deep. Add added that the Barr-Bush connection.

Phony FISA warrants—should be serious jail time for anyone who touched them.

Have you seen Trumps rallies vs. any of the dims?

He is far more popular than the MSM will tell you. A so called horse race is good for their business.

Having said that, we must continue to work to get him elected, which I believe will be a landslide of epic proportions.

Defeatism = Psy-ops ... laugh and ignore at will!

We may not like the pace but it is necessary to do it 100% right if we want to keep the rule of law in our Constitutional Republic.

God Bless!

As a seasoned citizen, I hope I see justice for these leftwing communists before I go toes up....but I’m not holding my breath.

I agree with you. The wheels of justice grind slowly but exceedingly fine. Went to the range yesterday with my brother-in-law. He had a roll of old 2012 Barry_UAW shirt stickers that we used to cover up the bullet holes for the next round. We got a lot of use out of that target. Slepted good last night.

Obviously, what I’m about to write is sheer speculation, but ...

If Trump somehow loses the key Rust Belt states, it will be because of vote fraud of a particularly blatant nature.

If that happens, Trump will not abandon the disenfranchised majority of patriotic Americans. He will still be commander-in-chief, and a military solution will be forthcoming in a matter of days.

Perhaps we will be seeing the end of the American Republic and the start of the American Empire, under Donaldus Augustus.

We’re an empire in all but name already. I would gladly sacrifice my voting rights — the appearance of having a say in how I’m governed — for the reality of stability and the rule of law. Neither of which we have in this shambles of a republic.

I’m 70 and feel the same way. If I had children I think I would feel worse. But I do worry about my nieces and nephews. They’re being raised right, are incredibly smart, and could have bright futures. But with so much corruption I worry.

My dad was in the hospital in the fall of 2008. He watched the last debate, saw the handwriting on the wall, and checked out a couple hours later.

Trump has an exceptional sense of timing and misdirection. I wouldn’t be surprised if he viewed prosecutions at this time as having some backfire potential — i.e. better to run on his economic record rather than risk corruption trials becoming a distraction from his daily dismantling of Lizzie Warren or whichever mental patient the RATs nominate.

*************************************************************

If Trump was thinking that, he should take a look at threads like this and listen to conservative talk radio because the base is not happy, AT ALL, with what we don't see happening and it is going to cost him votes if it doesn't change. Truth be told, I am extremely disheartened that Epstein is dead and that will not change. Trump should have given an order that Epstein gets the same security as Trump because we want justice served on not just Epstein but also the powerful and wicked men preying on YOUNG GIRLS and destroying souls. If I had to bet my life, I'd say Trump made a political decision there also to turn his head and let Epstein be killed (and the investigation) and that infuriates me. I am sorry. I know on one side Trump is doing great things. But justice has to be paramount in any civil society. And if little girls being raped and the attempted overthrow of the government is allowed to go unpunished (especially at the highest levels), on this issue I say Trump has done us and this great country a terrible disservice.

We’re same age.

My wife was literally the girl-next-door but at 28 lost a battle to cancer. My girls were 4 and 1 at the time so I became “Mr Mom” and the proverbial over protective dad - all in one.

I truly fear for their future.

They will never know the freedom and the Godly goodness we knew growing up.

At this point, I would gladly give my life to save their future from the coming communist hellhole.
