Ultimately these things always crash and burn against the Sixth Amendment right to confront your accuser. There is no way to put a camera on the stand so you can cross-examine it.
They rely on ignorance, or people just paying the fine rather than going through the hassle.

Not in Tennessee. They wrote the law so that they can’t legally report it. After having worked with RedFlex (they are a$$wipes) I am surprised they accepted that stipulation. Reporting it as bad debt is the only recourse they have.
